Meet the COaches

We celebrate effort, encourage growth through adversity and help athletes develop habits that serve them far beyond the game.

We believe lacrosse is a vehicle for building confidence, resilience, leadership and lifelong friendships. Our success isn't measured solely by goals scored or championships won. It's measured by the young people who leave our program more prepared for whatever comes next.

The lessons learned through sport last a lifetime.

Callum

Crawford

Callum Crawford is a retired 19-year National Lacrosse League veteran and one of the most accomplished forwards of his era. Known for his elite vision, creativity, and leadership, he finished his professional career among the league's all-time leaders in points and assists, earning multiple All-Pro selections along the way.

Following his playing career, Callum transitioned seamlessly into coaching and player development. He is the founder and director of ADVNC Oklahoma and Suncoast Lacrosse Club in Florida. His programs are built on a commitment to true lacrosse education, emphasizing skill development, IQ, professionalism, and long-term athlete growth.

Callum is widely respected for his ability to teach the game at every level—from youth to elite prospects—while creating positive, competitive environments that help players reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Jared

Chenoy

Born and raised in Florida, Jared Chenoy is a four-year starter at the University of Richmond (2022-2025) and one of the most accomplished faceoff specialists in program history. A three-time High School All-American and the 2021 Florida High School Player of the Year, Jared carried that success into college, where he became Richmond’s all-time leader in both faceoffs won and ground balls. Throughout his playing career, he built a reputation for toughness, discipline, consistency, and technical excellence at the X.

Following his collegiate career, Jared continued to refine his game through professional opportunities and advanced training, developing a deep understanding of modern faceoff strategy. His expertise extends far beyond winning draws—he teaches timing, counters, footwork, body positioning, and the mental approach that separates good players from great ones.

With more than nine years of coaching experience, Jared has helped over 10 athletes earn Division I opportunities and countless others continue their careers at the Division II and III levels. While known for his face off expertise, his coaching extends well beyond the X. Jared has extensive experience developing offensive and defensive players, teaching stick skills, dodging, shooting, defensive positioning, footwork, and lacrosse IQ from the ground up to help athletes become complete, well-rounded players.

His greatest passion is developing young men who excel both on and off the field. Jared believes lacrosse is a vehicle for teaching discipline, accountability, resilience, and leadership. He challenges every athlete to hold themselves to a higher standard, lead by example, and become the best version of themselves—not just as players, but as teammates, leaders, and men.

His player-first coaching philosophy combines elite technical instruction with genuine mentorship, creating confident athletes who are prepared for success long after the final whistle.
